Ms Christina Lee is a committed advocate for education and community development, devoted to promoting values-based learning, social innovation, and cross-sector collaboration.
As Executive Director of Wofoo Social Enterprises, she has spent over 20 years advancing initiatives that foster character education and social responsibility. Her experience with the Wofoo Foundation has given her practical insights into school sponsorship and governance, particularly through her involvement with WF Joseph Lee Primary School. As Chairperson of the New Territories Women & Juveniles Welfare Association, she oversees educational and social services, including its primary schools in Tai Po and various early childhood education and elderly care units.
Grateful for the Catholic education that shaped her values, Ms Lee continues to contribute to faith-based education as Supervisor of her alma mater, Maryknoll Convent School (Secondary Section), and as school manager of St. Patrick’s School and Wah Yan College, Hong Kong.
Her commitment extends to higher education, where she supports institutional development and academic excellence. She serves as a Court Member of City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University, and as a Board Steward of The Education University of Hong Kong Foundation, helping to advance teacher education and impactful research.
Ms Lee is also active in public service, particularly in education, heritage, and social policy. Her current government appointments include the Antiquities Advisory Board, the Committee on Certification for Principalship, the Curriculum Development Council Standing Committee on Values Education, the Quality Education Fund Dissemination and Promotion Sub-committee, and the Hospital Governing Committee of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital. She also serves on the Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service and is a member of the 13th CPPCC Zhejiang Provincial Committee.
Ms Lee holds a BA (Hons) in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago, MSc degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Bristol, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Hong Kong Baptist University. She has received an Honorary Fellowship from Lingnan University in recognition of her contributions to education and the community.
