Categories and Privileges
Foundation Membership
In recognition of donors' generous support, the University will honour individuals, corporations and organisations that have made cumulative donations of HK$50,000 or more to EdUHK since the establishment of the then Hong Kong Institute of Education in April 1994 as Member of The EdUHK Foundation. When a Member's cumulative donation reaches a prescribed amount, the Membership shall be automatically upgraded to a higher level.
Membership levels are categorised according to the cumulative sum of donations as follows:

| Honorary Permanent Chairman | HK$7,000,000-HK$9,999,999 |
| Honorary President | HK$3,000,000-HK$4,999,999 |
| Honorary Vice President | HK$2,000,000-HK$2,999,999 |
| Ordinary Member | HK$50,000-HK$149,999 |
| Senior Member | HK$150,000-HK$399,999 |
Privileges
In appreciation of the support and generosity of The EdUHK Foundation Members, the University offers the following to all Members:

An Appreciation Certificate;

Acknowledgement of donation on the official website and publications of the University/Foundation;

Name inscribed on a permanent Honour Roll at a prominent location in the University when the cumulative total of previous donations reach HK$1 million or more;

Invitation to events and activities of the Foundation and the University;

Free use of library services, sports facilities and the car park; and
-
Regular mailing of the University's e-newsletters.
